The US Conference of Mayors has released its "MainStreet Economic Recovery Report," containing cities' requests for economic stimulus from the federal government. A few highlights: The City of Duluth is requesting $6 milion for snowmaking at Spirit Mountain. The City of Staples is asking for $569,000 to replace single pane windows with multi-pane windows in its schools. And St. Cloud wants $750,000 for a skateboarding park.
